You have nothing to be sorry for, I think you misunderstood what I meant by profile! Or at least the context of the word I was using, I'll explain this.
In photography, when taking a picture of a person you have 'profile' and 'portrait' styles. Profile shots are a picture of the side of a person's head/face while a portrait is a photo of said person looking straight at the camera. Like passport photographs for example will be in portrait style.
